Niji Spectrum is an international production company operating between Tokyo and New England offering full-service video and sound for documentary, film, and commercial projects. We bring together technical expertise and creative vision to craft emotionally resonant, visually striking work.

Our team combines diverse backgrounds in sound mixing, visual art, cinematography and production to deliver a complete storytelling experience—from concept to final product. With roots across Japan, the U.S., and Canada, we thrive in cross-cultural collaboration and bring a flexible, world-ready approach to every set.

Founded by Ryusei Iizuka Rivas, a filmmaker, photographer and production professional experienced in all camera department and producing roles, and Maya Hirasawa Brauer (HRSW Studios), a painter and sound recordist with clients including Amazon and Netflix contractors, Niji Spectrum bridges art and industry through authentic, detail-driven production.
